Expression of Interest for Safe Food Handling Certificate Level 1
If you need to complete a Safe Food Handling Certificate, speak to the Community Hub Coordinator. Classes need 10 people enrolled in order to run.
Expression of interest for First Aid
If you need to complete a First Aid certificate, speak to the Community Hub Coordinator about what level you need to do.

Family Support Workers
Provide individual family support
Family intervention (relationship building, conflict resolution and communication, Referral, advocacy and case management).
Support children and adults from culturally diverse backgrounds
Are highly trained and have extensive experience in the mental health field
After hours appointments and outreach support is by negotiation.

Tuning into Kids: For Mums and Dads, Grandparents & other Carers
‘Tuning in to Kids: Emotionally Intelligent Parenting’ is a 6-week program that helps parents to build strong relationships with their children, by better understanding children's emotions and communicating about feelings - even in difficult times.

Hume Hubs International Women's Day Dinner
The 5th Annual Hume Hubs International Women’s Day Dinner is on again!
March 9th 2017
Melrose Melbourne Reception & Convention Centre
12 Hub schools come together every year to celebrate the women in our community. The dinner consists of a 3 course meal, dancing to music from around the world, door prizes and a photo booth. It is an alcohol free event for women who live in Hume.
